Anca spent Christmas 2023 with her mum. After a wonderful time, she set off on her way home and drove through the village of Saveni. Just before a petrol station, there was something on the road. Anca drove past it slowly. It was a small dog, a puppy - run over. She stopped to get it off the road.

As she was about to put the dead little body down next to the road, she saw 3 other puppies in the bushes. These were quite trusting, so Anca was able to secure the 3 puppy girls well. The 3 little fur babies were in good physical condition, so it was likely that they had only recently been abandoned here. How lucky were these 3 puppy girls - Oona, Laleh and Sakura.

All 3 puppy girls - Sakura, Laleh and Oona - have developed into lively and curious young dogs. Full of zest for action, they investigate and explore everything new. Nothing is safe from these little fur babies. Blankets in their baskets are redecorated, food bowls are proudly carried around, or rather tried to be ;-). It is a joy to watch the "little ones" getting to know their little world.

The 3 sisters - Sakura, Laleh (has already found her humans) and Oona - are friendly and open-minded towards humans. They sniff us curiously to get to know us. We play and romp around with every 2-legged friend, whether female, male or child, without shyness. She loves to be stroked and asks for more. Sakura is very people-orientated and loves to climb onto everyone's lap, snuggle up and give kisses.

We are looking for people for Sakura who realise that young dogs not only look cute, but can also be exhausting at times. Many things have to be learnt and practised first. House-training, walking on a lead, travelling in the car, not nibbling carpets, commands and much more are all things that Sakura is still unfamiliar with. But with patience, empathy, time and lots of love, the young female will certainly be able to master many things. Attending a dog school would be desirable.
