A cemetery on the outskirts of Trusesti is where a good friend of Anca's is buried. From time to time Anca visits his grave, as she did one day in July. From afar, she heard exciting dog barking. Anca hurried to get to the place where the barking was coming from. As she got closer, Anca saw two dogs running back and forth excitedly by a tree, jumping and always looking out at the tree. Anca followed their gaze and discovered frightened kittens sitting in the tree.
Anca quickly turned around and ran back to her car to get a transport box. When she returned to the tree, the street dogs ran away. Luckily for Anca, the tree wasn't too high, but high enough for the kittens to get to safety from the dogs. Anca "collected" 6 young kittens one by one. Despite their different appearance, it was possible that they were siblings.
Buffy and her siblings (Basil, Beverly, Bonny, Brenda and Bailey) have been living with Cristina, a foster home of Anca, since they were rescued from this tree where they had all taken refuge from the street dogs. There the 6 kittens live together with other cats/kittens of both sexes without any problems. They play, scuffle, cuddle and curiously explore their little world. Buffy and her siblings now also know nice dogs and if they are gentle and calm with them, the velvet paws are no longer afraid of them.
Buffy and her siblings are friendly, cuddly and playful with us humans. They love to climb on our shoulder to watch the world better or to rub their head against us. Buffy presses herself against our hand with pleasure, purrs, closes her eyes to fully absorb the moment of closeness and cuddling. Unfortunately, these moments are rare at the foster home and we hope all the more that Buffy and her siblings will quickly find their own families. Buffy has beautiful eyes and her very cuddly nature makes her stand out, despite her "simple" black and white coat.
Buffy knows the life in the house, finds the litter box reliably and does not show the desire to go outside at the moment. Therefore, we can well imagine that Buffy would be happy with indoor-only living, possibly with a nice cat-proofed balcony for pleasant sunbathing. As Buffy is very playful and cuddly with other cats, her new home should already have one or more cats who are compatible with other cats.
Buffy will be vaccinated, chipped, castrated and dewormed by the time she embarks on her journey.
